‘The Cross’ Angus Third Sector Centre was opened by Aileen Campbell MSP Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Local Government on Friday 8th November 2019.
Aileen Campbell said the Scottish Government was keen to support the third sector as they could engage with people in a way local, devolved or national government could not.
She said: “They have a reach that we simply cannot match. That is why it is so important that we work well with them.
“There are lots of benefits in the central location for the hub. This is an example of real regeneration in the heart of Forfar.”
One of the many benefits is that we also offer room booking for our Red Room that can meetings and includes teas and coffees included & use of a projector (if available).
Angus Third Sector Children's Services Forum
The Angus Third Sector Children’s Services Forum (ACSF) aims to improve the effectiveness and maximise the contribution of Angus’s third sector children services to the planning and delivery of services and activities for children, young people and families.
Angus Third Sector Collaborative
The primary aim of Angus Third Sector Collaborative is to work together sharing the wealth of skills and experience across the sector to better inform the design and delivery of services to meet the needs of communities in Angus. This will be achieved through partnership working across all sectors.
